Some buyers worry too much about damage or loss of goods due to the long distances involved in reaching their country. We would like to assure you that the risk is minimal. Our records show that, in fact, very few parcels are lost, and in any case, if this happen, we immediately refund our customers. We guarantee that any damage or loss (again please note this occurs very rarely) will be reimbursed.


Should you find any defects in the goods you have received, you may return them within two weeks from the purchase date. We shall then either replaced the item(s) (with the same or similar ones at your choice) or refund your money. We do ask that you inform us, by email, of your preferences concerning the returned item(s).

Request for product return

Our shop will accept goods returned within 14 days of the date of purchase provided that they are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.


As some of the goods sold by our shop are one-off items (as they are hand knitted) we cannot always guarantee that identical replacements will be available, but we will be pleased to replace returned items with ones that are as similar to the original as possible. If you wish to return items for replacement, please notify us by completing the feedback form.
